STRONG by Zumba:
Strong by Zumba is a form of high-intensity interval training, where classes utilize boot camp choreography infused with music to gradually drive intensity that culminates in a total body workout.
Kettlebell AMPD takes heart-pumping music and your favorite kettlebell moves and combines them into 60 minutes of calorie-torching fun! This whole-body workout emphasizes group fitness and focuses on specific areas such as arms, legs, core, and cardio. Each song concentrates on a main area, while still maintaining a whole-body routine. Real people for real results — Kettlebell is for anyone and anybody who is looking to have fun. The Method Behind the Madness!! The secret to these mind-blowing INSANITY workout results: MAX Interval Training. Shaun T took traditional interval training and flipped it on its head—you perform long bursts of maximum-intensity exercises with short periods of rest. Each INSANITY workout keeps you constantly challenged as you alternate between aerobic and anaerobic intervals performed at your MAX. This class is 50 minutes.
Cardio Hip Hop:
Cardio Hip Hop is an explosive, high-energy class using easy to follow systematic choreography combined with smokin’ hot dance combinations to help you burn fat and strengthen muscle. Born in the Navy SEALs, TRX Suspension Training & bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete 100s of exercises. This class has limited space so call ahead for sign up and availability.
The practice of mind and body, combining stretching, poses with the breath to gain a better self awareness. This class is 60 minutes.
BUTI Yoga fuses yoga, tribal dance, and plyometrics, and it’s derived from the Marathi word Buti meaning, “the cure to something hidden or kept secret.” BUTI Yoga focuses on spiraling movements aimed at unlocking the Shakti Spiral, as well as releasing the hips, to help energy flow freely in the first and second chakras.
SwEaT is a 30 minute class using weights for resistance. Weight training provides a stress to the muscles that causes them to adapt and get stronger, similar to the way aerobic conditioning strengthens your heart. You pick how heavy you want your weight to be.
POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses into a 45-minute series.
